Apparently his longstanding bout with migraines — notably seen in the documentary ‘I Am Trying to Break Your Heart’ — has taken it’s toll on the Wilco frontman/songwriter.
Multiple news sources are reporting that Jeff Tweedy entered rehab earlier this month to deal with an addiction to painkillers, pushing back the release date of the new album ‘A Ghost is Born’ (although there’s no word as to whether or not tour dates will be affected).
